While Nokia is highly focusing on its new
Windows Phone 8 devices, the Finnish
manufacturer has now announced two new
feature phones based on the series 40
platform. The new devices include the Asha 308
and the Asha 309.
Both the new feature phones have the same 3-
inch scratch resistant capacitive WQVGA
resolution display and a 2 megapixel rear
camera. However a brand new feature is the
Nokia Xpress Browser which uses cloud
compression to create a faster browsing
experience and consume 90 percent less data.
Additionally, both come pre-loaded with all the
prime social networking apps and Nokia Maps
2.0.
In main difference amongst the two is that the
Nokia Asha 308 is a dual-SIM capable device
with the easy dual-SIM swap feature, which
was introduced earlier.
