HTC Incredible S has been on the radar of
Android devices poised to get the official Ice
Cream Sandwich (ICS) update for ten months
since the release of ICS. Nevertheless, Android
users would be doubly pleased with the
unofficial release of custom ROM update for
Android 4.1 Jelly Bean, while HTC is yet to bring
some respite for the hapless Incredible S
users.
Thanks to XDA recognised developer -
nikhil007mmus, Incredible S owners can now
enjoy the double treat
in the form of two custom Jelly Bean ROMs -
Codename Android and AOKP - on their
favourite HTC device. Codename Android ROM
like its successor AOKP boasts ultra-fast
performance with a multitude of customisation
features that promise to deliver the ultimate
Android experience to the user. The ROM also
adds a plethora of latest Jelly Bean features
onboard including butter smooth interface,
enhanced and highly customised notifications,
personalised search for Google Now with voice
recognition, offline voice typing, smart
keyboard and more.
