Finance App Info : PayAnywhere updates iOS mobile payment app

PayAnywhere, a provider of mobile point of
sale products, has launched the newest version of its mobile point of sale service for iPhone, iPad and iPod touch. The latest update to the PayAnywhere iOS app features boosted
performance, enhanced Heat Map features and
the ability to process refunds in-app.

The app already provided PayAnywhere
merchants with features such as landscape
mode, the ability to add a custom tip at check
out, and compatibility with cash drawers and
AirPrint or Star thermal printers. The new
version of the PayAnywhere iOS app has been
improved with Performance Boost, which is a
reorganized menu and better detection for Star printers equal an overall performance boost for the app; revamped Heat Maps, and merged tip and signature.

PayAnywhere’s enhanced Heat Maps allows
customers to zoom in and out on regions and
view individual or grouped transactions,
providing merchants with greater visibility to
where their sales are taking place. Using the
merged tip and signature screen, customers
add a tip and sign on a single screen, allowing
merchants to help the next customer faster.
