Price For Nokia Lumia 800 Slashed; Now
At Rs 23,790.The Windows-based smartphone has seen a price cut of Rs 6,200 since its release in India four months ago. Online retailer Letsbuy has slashed the price of Nokia Lumia 800 to Rs 23,790. The Windows based smartphone was launched
in India at a price of Rs 29,990. The e-
commerce website is now offering the device
at a 20 per cent discount. Even the Lumia 710
saw a price cut of Rs 3,299 in January.
The Nokia Lumia 800 was released in India in
November 2011 and runs the Windows Phone 7.5 Mango operating system. It is powered by a 1.4 GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon processor and features an 8 MP camera with dual LED flash. The smartphone sports a 3.7 inch multitouch display with CorningGorilla Glass. It comes with 512 MB RAM and inbuilt 16 GB storage without a memory card slot.
Considering the fact that Nokia Lumia 710 saw a price cut in January and now the price of Lumia 800 has also been slashed by Rs 6,200, it does bring up the question about the
performance of Nokia Lumia series of
smrtphones. We need to wait for further price cuts to decide on the same.
